Our Privacy Commitment: We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We seek to collect and process only information reasonably necessary to operate our Apps, provide optional account and cloud features, process purchases, understand app usage, diagnose technical problems, protect our services, and display or measure advertising where enabled.
Our Apps are intended for users 13 years of age and older. They are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly request or intentionally collect personal information from children under 13 where collection is prohibited by applicable law. Some providers process information on our behalf to provide services to us. Other platform, advertising, payment, or infrastructure providers may also process information under their own privacy policies and terms. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, contractors, or technology partners when reasonably necessary to operate the Apps and provide requested functionality.

Some Apps may display rewarded, interstitial, banner, or other forms of advertising through Google AdMob or another advertising provider.
Depending on your location, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, advertisements may be contextual or personalized. Where legally required, appropriate consent mechanisms may be presented before personalized advertising or other processing that requires consent.
Where supported by the relevant advertising provider and applicable to your device, you may manage advertising-related preferences through Android and Google account settings, including controls relating to the Android Advertising ID.
Refusing consent or limiting personalized advertising does not necessarily mean that you will stop seeing advertisements. It may instead result in contextual or otherwise non-personalized advertising where supported.
Advertising content may be selected and measured by third-party providers. We encourage users to review the applicable Google or advertising provider privacy information for additional details regarding their practices.

If an App's target audience, functionality, store listing, or advertising configuration changes in a way that causes additional children's privacy requirements to apply, we will review and update the App's configuration and privacy practices as required.
Some Apps may allow users to create an account or sign in to enable features such as cloud synchronization, cross-device progress, achievements, or other account-based functionality.
Where an App supports account creation, users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data under our control through the deletion method provided by the App and/or our external account-deletion resource.

A deletion request may require reasonable verification so that we can protect an account from unauthorized deletion. We will not ask you to send passwords, payment-card numbers, authentication codes, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials by email.
When an account is deleted, we will delete the personal information and account-associated data under our control that we are required to delete, subject to information that we are legally permitted or required to retain, or that is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal compliance.
Data independently controlled by third-party services, including Google or other external providers, may be subject to those providers' own deletion processes and retention policies.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining account and gameplay functionality, processing purchases, maintaining security, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.
Retention periods may differ depending on the category of information and the purpose for which it is processed. For example, account and cloud-save information may be retained while the associated account or service remains active; transaction and accounting records may be retained as required by applicable law; and technical or security logs may be retained for limited periods appropriate to their purpose.
Third-party providers may independently determine their own retention periods in accordance with their policies, contractual obligations, and applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through our Apps and services. Depending on the system and service involved, these measures may include encrypted communications, authentication, access controls, restricted system permissions, and least-privilege practices.

Purchases made through our Apps are processed using Google Play Billing. Payment credentials such as complete card or banking information are handled by Google Play rather than stored directly by Adzon Studio.
We may receive information necessary to identify and verify a purchase, restore purchased content, prevent fraud, and maintain transaction records. This information may include product identifiers, transaction status, purchase tokens, order-related information, or similar purchase metadata, depending on the implementation.
Google's handling of payment and purchase information is governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Our Apps, website, advertisements, or other communications may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of those third parties.
